Back Stainless Steel or non-stick? by Larry Lee Burge Heres a question, Do you prefer non stick cookware, or Stainless steel? I guess its what your cooking. Non stick cookware would be the preferred choice if your going to cook some eggs, but those griddles in diners are stainless steel tops. Lets think about it.
