Cooking Time: 20 Min. INSTRUCTIONS FOR FLAUTAS knead the meat together with the bouillon, garlic, pepper, salt, and cumin. Shape small pieces of meat as cylinders. Roll them up with the tortilla tightly; you can use a toothpick to secure them if necessary. Heat the oil and fry the flautas until golden brown.
