Back Buying and selling timeshare by Trevor Jeffrey Buying and selling timeshare When you first set out to buy a timeshare what is on your mind or indeed have you lost your mind!!!! Well in some of the timeshare resorts I have visited I believe the later must be the case, the pushy hardnosed bullying sales person (I was a sales manager for over 30 years and these type of persons where the last I would personally employ to be part of a successful sales team) they will tell you anything and promise to do any thing to get you to purchase one of their properties and once you have purchased that will be the last you will see of them. I hate this type of person Then you have the nice friendly one (pictures of family, pets and home on desk) they only have your interest at hart, watch out they will have your last dime and be off to the bank with your cash in hand and a big grin on their face. I came across this one and it cost me £32k she works in Tenerife, watch out if you get sat at her desk. Join our club and I will tell you her name and the resort she works at. Then you have the smart sometimes overpowering but will tell you as it is, you may not like this type of person to start with but the good thing is they do in general tell you the truth. Any way when you have got your timeshare and lets hope you get a good one you can at least derive a great deal of pleasure from it. I have found if you purchase one with a good RCI points value you get good exchanges. For example I have a one week timeshare and I have just done an exchange in the same resort and have got two weeks plus I have 11000 points left. I must admit I have visited this resort before and visited the hotel I will be staying in and I am well pleased with the exchange. That’s a good bit of advice if you can research before you exchange if you can, if you cannot visit you can always use the internet, but each person will have a different view from the next, but that’s life. Ok you then arrive at a point in life that you want a change, but how do you go about that? That’s a dam good question I hear you say. Well if I had the right answer to that I think I would be a millionaire, but you can get you resort to sell it (watch out for the charges) you can list it with a professional sales agency (watch out for the charges) or you could sell it yourself. Well how would I do that I hear you say again, are well you will have to join our no cost club to find out. Timeshare can be haven or hell, I hope yours as been and will be haven for you. http://www.timeshareonline.me.uk Author's Biography: Trevor Jeffrey spends most of his spare time on the computer just giving out as much information as he can on varied subjects that he hopes will interest and be of help to as maney people as possible. The reason he started doing this was after he stopped doing his proper job (sales management for 30 years) He found out his brain was stopping to work, so he just started doing what he does now. Have a look at what he has to offer. http://www.timeshareonline.me.uk http://www.fatclub.org.uk'>http://www.fatclub.org.uk'>http://www.fatclub.org.uk'>http://www.fatclub.org.uk'>http://www.fatclub.org.uk'>http://www.fatclub.org.uk'>http://www.fatclub.org.uk'>http://www.fatclub.org.uk'>http://www.fatclub.org.uk'>http://www.fatclub.org.uk'>http://www.fatclub.org.uk'>http://www.fatclub.org.uk'>http://www.fatclub.org.uk'>http://www.fatclub.org.uk'>http://www.fatclub.org.uk'>http://www.fatclub.org.uk
