Back Website Design - getting a website and domain by Tom J Satterlund Website Design If you have decided to start a Home Business one issue that you face is getting a Web Site. You can do it yourself. Keep in mind that if you are not familiar with Web Design Tools and HTML this can be a daunting task. You could hire someone to do it for you. This is certainly a viable method. If you want to make changes to your Web Site you need to pay them to do it. This is not a negative, but if you are making many changes it could get costly. You could find a “Packaged” solution. Typically this is a customized or optimized Web Site that allows you to add, change and delete content. This is the best solution for a beginner, but you will find that more and more advanced users are going this way because they do not have to spend so much time working on their Web Site. That means more time to focus on getting customers to visit it and buy what you are offering. While I have used many different approaches to Web Site design, most of them were just too complex for my technical skills. Recently, and quite accidentally I found ProfitMart by 1st Promotions. ProfitMart was developed by Rick and Ron Davies, two brothers from Canada. They have developed a site that links with EBay, Google, Amazon, Click Bank and more. Lets go over some of the benefits of their approach: -The site is preconfigured. You only need to add text, content, and links - It allows you to tap into the Click Bank market. This means you can have access to the over 11,400 products they market. - Amazon and EBay automatically adjust their displayed ads to match the content of the page. -When you first set up your system you have areas that allow you to both get and set your ids for Amazon, EBay, Google and Click-Bank. Once that is completed any time a user purchases any product on you site your affiliate ID is mated to the URL so you get credit for the sale. Now that is Ease Of Use! -You get your own Domain name, one of your choosing. You are not paying for a product but a solution. The cost is about $20/month and you are billed monthly until you cancel. What a low cost for such a terrific product. This is one to best solutions I have ever seen! I do not know of another product out there that even comes close.
